Through partnerships with the 37th Military Hospital and Cape Coast Regional Hospital (training hubs for Ghanaian medical students looking to fulfill their residencies) our team works to educate and train the medical staff. While working together to perform highly sophisticated surgeries, our team values the importance of education and strives to improve the quality of medical care in Ghana by providing just that.
While performing surgeries, our doctors work directly with Ghanian residents, surgeons, nurses and doctors in order to establish an invaluable exchange. Each year the HHAF surgical team provides surgery, training and medical supplies to our partnered hospitals. To date, our Surgical team has completed over 65 sucessful surgeries.
