The Kids Connected Program aims to create an exchange and awareness of other cultures by connecting children from the US to children in Ghana through music, poetry, letters and art.

We accomplish this program by doing presentations at schools in the US in which we teach children ranging from 5- 14 about Ghana and ask them to create artwork that they would like a Ghanaian child to have. Once we arrive in Ghana, we present the artwork to Ghanaian children, do a presentation on the US and bring the drawings back to the children in the US for an exchange that would not otherwise be possible. This program facilitates an awareness of other cultures and has been extremely successful throughout several schools in the US and Ghana.
